Mini Envesta Academy · last updated 10 August 2026
These terms cover the use of Mini Envesta Academy. It is a free educational app, there is nothing to buy and no account to open, so there is not a great deal to agree to — but the stores require published terms and it is fair that you know where you stand.
If a child is using the app, these terms are agreed by the parent or carer responsible for them.
Mini Envesta Academy is provided by The Envesta Group Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16778392, registered office 124–128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX ("we", "us", "our").

Mini Envesta Academy teaches children roughly aged 7 to 11 how money, saving and investing work. It contains short video lessons, short written pieces, quizzes, badges, a leaderboard, and a Piggy Bank section with a chore tracker and a practice investing game.
It is free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscription and no advertising.
This is the most important thing on this page.
Nothing in the app is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. It does not take account of anyone's circumstances. The companies named in the practice game are used as recognisable examples so children have something concrete to think about — naming them is not an opinion about them and not a suggestion that anyone should invest in them.
The money in the app is not real. Share prices in the practice game are simulated by the app and are not live market prices. Nothing in the app can buy, sell or move real money, and no real money can be won or lost through it.
If you want advice about your own or your child's finances, speak to someone authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Schools, clubs and similar groups are welcome to use it with children in their care.
Please do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app or the systems behind it, attempt to access other people's progress records, or use automated tools to collect data from it.
There is nowhere in the app to post text, images or messages, so there is no user content to moderate and no way for users to contact one another.
Progress is saved against a recovery code the app generates. There is no account, no password and no email address, which means the code is the only way back to a progress record. If it is lost we cannot recover the progress, because there is nothing else tied to it. Treat the code like a password and keep it somewhere safe.
We may remove progress records that have not been opened for 24 months.
How progress information is handled is set out in our privacy policy, and there is a version written for children.
The Piggy Bank is a tool for a family to use together. Chores, amounts and approvals are set by whoever holds the grown-up PIN, and all of it stays on the device.
Any arrangement about pocket money is between you and your child. We are not involved in it, we do not hold or transfer any money, and the app is a record-keeping and teaching aid rather than a payment service.
Choose a PIN your child will not guess, and keep the recovery code for it. We cannot reset it for you — it never leaves the device.
We try to keep the app working and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, or the whole app, at any time. If we withdraw it we will give reasonable notice in the app where we can.
The app, its videos, written content, artwork, characters and name belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish, sell or redistribute them, or use them to make something else, without our written permission. Watching, reading and using the app as intended is of course fine, as is telling other people about it.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that these terms do not affect.
Beyond that, and because the app is free and educational: we are not liable for any financial decision anyone makes, for loss of progress or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
You can stop using the app whenever you like, and delete everything held about your child from the You tab. We may stop providing the app to someone who is deliberately misusing it or attempting to interfere with it.
If we change these terms we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change matters, we will say so in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can bring proceedings in your own courts.
Questions, problems or complaints: [email protected]. There is also a Report a problem option in the You tab.
